We are always looking for Sales Associates with great retail and customer service skills as well as passion for feeding the birds and helping others.

Candidate Requirements:

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine enthusiasm for helping others

• Appreciation for nature and enthusiasm for birdwatching and backyard bird feeding

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Previous retail experience preferred but not required

• Reliable availability aligned with store scheduling needs, including weekends and Holidays

• Commitment to providing excellent service, product knowledge, and an engaging shopping experience

• Ability to multi-task, self-initiate tasks, and maintain productivity during busy and slow periods

• Ability to lift and carry bird seed for our customers (up to 40-50 lbs) as part of daily customer service responsibilities

• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn our Point of Sale system. 

• Ability to stand and move for extended periods of time (up to a full shift)
